中盛教育集团成立于2011年，总部在河南郑州，是一家专业从事国际教育资源整合和外国专家资源引进的涉外服务公司，是具有聘请外国专家资质的中介机构，也是中华人民共和国国家外国专家局外教专业委员会的创始会员单位和理事单位，是全国引智行业和国际教育服务行业的资深企业。

目前集团旗下有中盛外服、ESLJOB、孟夏教育、孟夏研学及文旅等多个品牌；业务板块涵盖了外教托管、外籍人才引进，学历提升、出国留学、中外合作办学/境外办学，来华留学和中外人文交流，国内研学、海外游学以及营地教育等几个方面。

集团自成立以来，前后与全球上百所大学建立合作关系，是多所海外院校的中国招生合作代表处；服务了数个合作办学项目，在校生约几千人/年，累计毕业生超过数万人；累计向国内各地推荐外国专家数万人，托管的外籍教师数千人；研发了近百条国内外研学线路及课程，累计服务师生数达几万人，其中国内线路涵盖了社会实践，探索工业，非遗传承，文化景点，城市探索，航空科技，人工智能等多个方面；国际线路涵盖了英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、欧洲、日本、新加坡、泰国等，项目类型有国际交换生/插班生、名校访学、科学探索、人文文化等多个方面。

ZhongSheng Education Group was established in 2011, headquartered in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. It is a service company specializing in the integration of international education resources and the introduction of foreign expert resources, an intermediary organization with the qualification of hiring foreign experts, and a founding member and director of the Foreign Teaching Committee of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the People's Republic of China, which is a senior enterprise of the national wisdom-introducing industry and the international education service industry.

At present, the group has multiple brands, including ZhongSheng Foreign Service, ESLJOB, MengXia Education, MengXia Study Tour and Cultural Tourism, etc., with business segments covering human resources hosting of foreign teachers, introduction of foreign talents; academic upgrading, study abroad, Chinese-foreign cooperative education/ Chinese university overseas branch,  to China study and Chinese-foreign humanistic exchanges, as well as domestic study tours, overseas study tours, and camp education.

Since its establishment, the Group has established cooperative relationships with hundreds of universities around the world, and is the Chinese admission cooperation representative office of a number of overseas colleges and universities; it has served several cooperative schooling programs, with about thousands of students/year, and more than tens of thousands of cumulative graduates; and it has cumulatively recommended tens of thousands of foreign experts to various parts of the country, and has managed thousands of foreign teachers； We have developed nearly 100 domestic and international study routes and courses, serving tens of thousands of teachers and students, including domestic routes covering social practice, exploration of industry, non-genetic inheritance, cultural attractions, urban exploration, aviation science and technology, artificial intelligence, etc.; international routes covering the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, etc., and the types of programs include international exchange/intercalation students, visits to prestigious schools, scientific exploration, humanities and culture.
